DIY Thyme Spray To Stimulate Hair Growth & Beat Dandruff

Ingredients:

  • fresh thyme (about 1/4 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1/2 cup raw apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

Put the thyme leaves in a glass jar. Pour the apple cider vinegar over the leaves. Close the jar with a lid. Let the thyme leaves sit for 2-3 days. Afterwards, strain the leaves and pour the solution into a cup or bowl. Add a tablespoon of honey and pour the liquid into a spray bottle.

How To Use it:

Spray the scalp as needed. If your hair is tick, make sure you part it to get the spray as close to the scalp as possible. The spray will not only help get rid of dandruff but it will stimulate hair growth. Use the spray daily if needed.
